In 2018 she was Revolution Brewing’s Brewer for a Day. that relationship over time evolved into a guest role as guest cocktail curator at their brewpub in Logan Square. Revolution began experimenting with cocktails internally through ‘spin-the-wheel’ social media segments that led to some wacky combinations.

What followed was a conversation abt what the cocktail list would look like if people they admired leveraged Revolution beers to make cocktails for the bar to serve. The spotlight quickly shifted to daytime reel shoots and creations centered around Revolution’s Freedom Session Sour Series.
